We have tried to create a Web Site based on a concept of being realistic about the use of certain devices. We will tell you the pros and cons of different strategies. Hopefully this site will be of interest to both clients and professionals. It is not intended as a treatise on any subject matter. Also, we are not selling a product. And, if we miss something, please call it to our attention. We will utilize our many years of experience in Elder Law and Estate Planning (that's patting ourselves on the back and you will not see very much of this).

His practice is limited to elder law and estate and financial planning. Elder Law essentially involves (1) the protection of the person through the use of advance medical planning tools to preserve a person's right to choose medical and technical methods to prolong life, and (2) the protection of a family's assets when faced with long term costs for an aide in the home or for care in a nursing facility. A distinct portion of Bress Law Firm's practice is devoted to estate tax planning.
