Mission Statement

To encourage our clients to participate in the decisions and strategies which directly affect their case and provide the highest quality of legal services to our clients in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Preserving Your Privacy

Whenever a court is involved in resolving a dispute or distributing the proceeds of a deceased person’s estate, information about the client’s finances and personal relationships become a matter of record. In developing business contracts and estate plans our law firm uses trusts, powers of attorney and other tools to help you avoid court and protect your family’s confidentiality. By being respectful in our approach to all clients, we can help our clients avoid both the cost and the publicity involved in litigation. We go to court only when necessary.

Keeping Fees Reasonable

We are sensitive to financial concerns of our clients and work hard to keep fees at a reasonable level. We ensure that there are no surprises with the costs of our services and that they are in keeping with our initial quotes.
