Pam's practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including equitable distribution of business and financial assets, custody and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Pam is proud of her reputation as a tough, yet fair, negotiator, who often can achieve favorable settlements for her clients without litigation. She recognizes, however, that sometimes settlement is not possible without at least some litigation, and she is a skilled trial lawyer who has litigated many complex financial cases, as well as highly charged, sensitive custody cases. In 2006, Pam's client was granted the then-largest post-trial equitable distribution award since the enactment of New York's equitable distribution statute.

Pam is a frequent lecturer to the bench and bar on family law issues. She is an active member of several prominent bar associations, and has served those organizations in various leadership roles. In addition, Pam serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Pelham and of WHEDCO (Women's Housing and Economic Development Corp., in the Bronx). She is a past board member of the Family Services of Westchester, Pelham Family Services (President 2000-2001), Pelham Children's Center, the Pelham Education Foundation and of Angela House, Inc. (a transitional residence for homeless mothers and their children in the Bronx).

Pam has repeatedly been recognized by her peers as one of the top lawyers in her field. She is rated "AV" (the highest rating for both competence and ethics) by Martindale-Hubbell, since 2003 she has been voted as one of the BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA (Woodward/White) and in 2006, in 2007, and again in 2008 her peers recognized her in New York Super Lawyers (Law & Politics) as one of New York City's top 100 lawyers in all categories and as one of the City's top 50 female lawyers.

Pam lives with her husband and four children in Pelham, New York.
