Currently, Mr. Penn is the Chair of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He regularly gives presentations to interested business organizations and community groups on immigration issues.

With family based immigration, we provide advice and assistance with obtaining the appropriate visa to the United States, including marriage and family petitions and fiancée (K-1) and overseas spouse (K-3) visa processing. We assist family members with all steps towards immigrating to the United States, including assisting with consular processing and attending interviews at Citizenship and Immigration Services offices.

We also assist our clients with applying for Unites States citizenship. We thoroughly review our client’s immigration history when preparing the naturalization application and closely monitor the entire naturalization process. At our clients’ request, we attend their naturalization interviews.

Douglas R.
