Ilana F. Davidov is a founding partner in the firm of Davidov & Davidov, P.C. and has been practicing for almost a decade. Her practice is focused in the areas of elder care, Medicaid qualification, estate planning & administration, and real estate law. Ms. Davidov is a former Court Attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division. She was also of counsel to a Long Island firm where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and real estate. Over the years, Ms. Davidov has served as legal counsel to a title agency and several real estate developers, represented over 25 lending institutions, and participated as counsel in several complex commercial transactions. She has also practiced in Surrogate’s court, involving probate matters. Ms. Davidov has lectured extensively and presented several CLE seminars to other attorneys in the areas of real estate law and title insurance. She is member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and the New York State & Queens County Bar Associations.
