The expertise of Rose & DeFuccio extends to all pre and post-judgment Family Law matters including, but not limited to, separation and divorce, custody, domestic violence, paternity, Property Settlement and Support Agreements, Prenuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, enforcement applications, grandparents’ rights, domestic partnerships, palimony, paternity and adoption.

The firm of Rose & DeFuccio provides professional, ethical and aggressive representation in all complex contested and uncontested Family Law matters. Our philosophy is that negotiated settlements are the preferred outcome for the vast majority of our clients. Our experience indicates that settlements are best achieved and negotiated by those who are capable and thoroughly prepared litigators. In addition to individual representation in negotiation and/or litigation of Family Law matters, the firm offers mediation and collaborative divorce services. The firm is large enough to handle the most complex and sophisticated of matters yet small enough to be sensitive to the individual needs of its clients.

Our reputation for excellence is the reason we receive referrals not only from former and current clients, but also from other attorneys.
