Brian Andrew Tully, JD, CELA, CSA, CLTC is the founding member of the Law Offices of Brian Andrew Tully, PLLC. He is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Brian is a New York State Director for the New York Care Planning Council and is on the Editorial Board of the ElderCare Matters Alliance.

On the State level, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and was a contributing author to their Long Term Care Reform Report which was published and presented to the New York State Legislature in 2005. He is also on the Board of Editors for the Bar Association’s Elder Law Attorney publication and he is a contributing author to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s (AICPA) 2008 publication “The CPA’s Guide to Long Term Care Planning” and was selected to author the elder law chapter for WealthCounsel’s new release entitled “Estate Planning Strategies”.
