Our teams of highly skilled Trust Officers administer sophisticated fiduciary and family wealth transfer planning structures, including: Grantor Trusts; Dynasty Trusts (in both Delaware and South Dakota); Charitable Trusts; Private Foundations; and Blind Trusts.
Citi Trust's enhanced agency offering, known as Fiduciary Agency Services, is essentially trustee services provided a la carte. It allows individuals who serve as trustee to have Citi Trust perform administrative, custodial and/or investment services for the trust while the individual maintains control. This is a compelling solution for trustees– individuals, private foundations and attorneys–who may not have the expertise or time to fulfill all their fiduciary responsibilities.
Citi Trust also maintains a Special Investments Unit, which is skilled in managing a wide range of non-financial assets held in our trust accounts, such as closely held business interests, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, commercial and residential real estate (domestic and international), farms, ranchland and vineyards, as well as oil and gas interests.
