Luke M. Pittoni is the senior partner of HPM&B, and was one of the founding partners of the firm. Mr. Pittoni concentrates his practice in the defense of medical malpractice and medical product cases. Mr. Pittoni has tried multiple complex, high exposure cases in New York, Connecticut and Federal Courts.
Mr. Pittoni has written numerous publications dealing with medical malpractice litigation, as well as publications dealing with the use of technology in the courtroom. Mr. Pittoni was also a former editor of Product Liability Law and Strategy. Mr. Pittoni has lectured across the country on various topics relating to health care law and trial advocacy.
