Shannon Lowry Nagle is a partner in O'Melveny's New York office and a member of the Restructuring Practice. Shannon concentrates in the area of bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings and related litigation. Her practice mainly involves representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings or reorganizing corporate debtors. Shannon has represented noteholders on official and unofficial creditor committees, secured lenders and debtors in Chapter 11 cases in the auto, retail, healthcare, entertainment, construction, airlines, textiles and telecommunications industries.

Shannon is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification. She is the chair of the Creditors' Rights Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Commercial Finance Committee. She has frequently appeared before bankruptcy judges in several states including Delaware, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida and Georgia. She lectures on bankruptcy related topics. As an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association, Shannon maintains a network of professionals experienced with financially distressed corporations and reorganizations.
