Alexander J. Segal is a founding partner at The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, P.L.L.C. with extensive experience in immigration law. He has over fourteen (14) years experience working in the area of immigration law. He has worked in various capacities with over a decade of experience as an immigration attorney. Mr. Segal has extensive immigration litigation experience, allowing him to successfully represent clients before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts. Mr. Segal dedicates a substantial portion of his immigration practice to complex cases such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, motions to reopen, cases involving criminal aliens, and Federal Court actions. He also has extensive experience in defending clients in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Courts across the United States. Mr. Segal also frequently represents individuals, families, and businesses in a range of interviews and appearances before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services whether in connection with applications for asylum, temporary visas, lawful permanent residence, or naturalization.Mr. Segal has witnessed the challenges that immigrants face in the United States first hand, which gives him the ability to treat each and every case with empathy and compassion.
