Paul A. Golinski has concentrated in the areas of wills, trusts, estates and estate planning, including what is now generally referred to as elder law, for his entire career as a lawyer. He has been involved with almost all facets of the practice from the initial client interview and the preparation and execution of appropriate documents in response to the client's goals up through the administration and termination of a trust or estate. He has proposed various estate planning devices, supervised the implementation thereof and even represented such clients during audits by the tax agencies and/or court proceedings in relation thereto.
