The New Jersey Supreme Court examines, tests and certifies the trial skills of Certified Trial Attorneys for the consideration of both fellow attorneys – when they require an experienced civil litigation attorney for a client’s needs – and for the consideration of members of the public who need expert and unbiased information to help them select an attorney to handle important contested matters.
