More then 33 years’ experience as a civil trial attorney representing clients and clients of referring attorneys throughout the states of New Jersey and New York. For the past 23 years represented individuals and small business against large institutions. For the 10 years before that represented large public and governmental entities and insurance companies.
Established legal precedents published in reported cases.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 4% of all New Jersey lawyers. The New Jersey Supreme Court examines, tests and certifies the trial skills of Certified Trial Attorneys for the consideration of both fellow attorneys – when they require an experienced civil litigation attorney for a client’s needs – and for the consideration of members of the public who need expert and unbiased information to help them select an attorney to handle important contested matters. The official website http://www.njbac.org for the Supreme Court’s Board on Attorney Certification explains in detail the Board’s testing and certification process and explains the Court’s interest in calling attention to an attorney it certifies. [The Court emphasizes that interest by granting to a Certified Civil Trial Attorney the unique right to divide fees for legal services with a referring attorney without regard to any services performed or responsibility assumed by the referring attorney (N.J. Rules of Court 1:39-6(d)) an act that remains illegal for non-certified attorneys.]
